Hi, I'm Steph and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I've had the honor of serving in the counseling field for over twenty years. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, self-esteem building, and substance abuse; however, I enjoy working with a variety of mental health issues.
The prospect of change can be challenging and difficult at times, even when you know it is for the best. My goal is to support you with grace and authenticity as you navigate through these challenges.
You will be met with acceptance and unconditional positive regard no matter what circumstances bring you to treatment.
